Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our IT Support team as Desktop Support Engineers. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of desktop systems and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Support users with printer, scanner, and peripheral device problems.
Assist in software installation, upgrades, and updates.
Configure email clients and basic network settings.
Provide technical assistance to end users through phone, email, or in-person support.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and procedures.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
Familiarity with MS Office applications.
Understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
Basic networking concepts (LAN, IP Address, Internet Connectivity).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Active Directory.
Understanding of remote support tools.
Basic knowledge of printers and networking devices.
