Job Title: WordPress Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate WordPress Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, responsive, and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences and contribute to impactful web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. WordPress Development & Maintenance
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
Ensure websites are fast, responsive, scalable, and user-friendly
Implement updates, enhancements, and bug fixes
2. Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with designers, marketers, and content teams
Translate UI/UX designs into functional web pages
Ensure smooth integration of content and functionality
3. Version Control & Code Management
Use GitHub for version control and collaborative development
Maintain clean code repositories and manage branches effectively
Track and manage code changes efficiently
4. Custom Development (Bonus Area)
Develop custom WordPress plugins where required
Work on theme development and customization
Integrate third-party plugins (e.g., ACH plugin integration if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in web development
Strong proficiency in:
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript
PHP
WordPress
Experience working with WordPress architecture and best practices
Familiarity with GitHub for version control
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a collaborative environment
Good to Have (Bonus Skills):
Custom WordPress plugin development
Theme development and customization
Third-party plugin integrations
