Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Associate to join our team in Valasaravakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, troubleshooting RFID-related issues, providing remote technical support, and coordinating with field engineers to ensure timely issue resolution.

This role requires strong technical troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to work closely with internal technical teams to deliver exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Handle customer queries related to RFID and associated systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Provide remote support to customers and resolve issues within defined timelines.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams when required.
Coordination & Issue Resolution
Coordinate with site engineers for on-site troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Follow up on pending issues to ensure timely closure.
Collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement effective solutions.
Ticket Management
Log, track, and update support tickets accurately.
Monitor ticket status and ensure adherence to service timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of all support activities and resolutions.
Customer Service
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective support.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding issue status and resolution progress.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Prepare reports and support documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with organizational support processes and standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
1–2 years of experience in:
Technical Support
IT Support
Help Desk Operations
Customer Technical Assistance
Educational Qualification
Diploma, Undergraduate, or Graduate in a relevant field (preferred).
Required Skills
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent customer-handling and communication abilities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and field teams.
Basic knowledge of IT systems and networking concepts.
Good documentation and ticket management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize support requests.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of RFID technology and RFID-based systems.
Experience with ticketing tools and customer support platforms.
Understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting processes.
Preferred Candidate
