Job Summary

Teleperformance is hiring Customer Service Associates for its Banking Voice Process in Chennai. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries related to banking services through inbound voice support while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who possess strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Handle customer calls related to banking products and services.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and service requests efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding banking processes and policies.
Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Query Resolution
Identify customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the relevant team when necessary.
Maintain service quality standards and response timelines.
Documentation & Record Management
Update customer records and interaction details accurately.
Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling customer information.
Follow organizational processes and compliance guidelines.
