The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving customer concerns, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and service requests.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to customers for:
Sales activities
Collections and payment follow-ups
Customer engagement and support
Other business-related requirements
Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
Customer Request Processing
Process customer requests accurately and within specified timelines.
Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with relevant teams whenever necessary.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Update customer information and service details in company systems.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all activities.

Educational Qualification
Any Graduate
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or BPO will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
