Role Overview
Turpinas Energy is looking for a results-driven B2B Business Development Executive to expand its client base and drive sales of renewable-energy solutions, including power sales agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for lead generation.
Identify target industries, market segments and potential clients.
Research prospects for Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
Build and maintain a qualified-lead database.
Develop a strong sales funnel through:
Cold calling
Networking
Referrals
Other lead-generation channels
Build relationships with agencies, vendors and business partners.
Present renewable-energy solutions and value propositions to decision-makers.
Follow up on leads, address objections and convert prospects.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → proposal → PPA closure.
Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
Maintain existing client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor renewable-energy industry trends, competitors and regulatory developments.
Requirements
BE / B.Tech, preferably in:
Electrical Engineering
Power Engineering
Energy-related fields
Minimum 2 years of Renewable Energy experience.
Business Development experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to travel across India.
