Job Overview

Thyrocare is looking for motivated and target-driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to expand its customer base, generate new business, and strengthen relationships with medical retailers and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
Visit medical retailers and doctors to promote Thyrocare’s diagnostic services/products.
Generate new business while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Build strong customer relationships and provide appropriate business solutions.
Convert prospects into customers and achieve revenue targets.
Respond promptly to assigned leads and contribute to the sales pipeline.
Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate effectively.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a positive attitude while working in a target-driven field sales environment.
