Job Summary

Themesoft Inc. is looking for passionate and skilled HIL Validation Engineers to join our growing automotive engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of electrical and electronics systems, automotive communication protocols, and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) validation methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Execute Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation for automotive ECUs
Develop, automate, and maintain test cases using:
ECU Test Tool
Python scripting
Perform validation and testing of Device Under Test (DUT) performance
Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot validation issues
Work with automotive communication protocols such as:
CAN
CAN FD
Ethernet
Utilize Vector tools including:
CANoe
CANalyzer
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing quality and system reliability
Support continuous improvement in test automation and validation processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of Electrical and Electronics Engineering concepts
Hands-on experience with:
dSPACE
ECU Test Tool
CAPL Scripting
Python Scripting
Experience with automotive communication protocols:
CAN
CAN FD
Ethernet
Proficiency in Vector tools such as:
CANoe
CANalyzer
Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Passion for automotive systems, testing, and automation
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
