Role Overview

The company is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive to generate international IT-service business, build client relationships and close service-based projects while working in the US time zone.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through:
Cold calling
Networking
Social media
Other lead-generation channels
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify IT service opportunities in international markets.
Understand client requirements and match them with the company’s IT services.
Present and explain IT solutions based on customer needs.
Engage with prospects to gather project requirements and generate service-based projects.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal technical/project teams for successful project execution.
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline status.
Candidate Profile
4+ years of Business Development experience.
Strong experience in IT services sales/business development preferred.
International-market exposure is an advantage.
Strong lead-generation and cold-calling skills.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand technical service requirements and translate them into business solutions.
Comfortable working US time-zone/night shifts.
