Key Responsibilities

Inspect ongoing electrical panel design and manufacturing activities.
Inspect material deliveries and submit inspection requests to vendor sites.
Prepare, verify, and review vendor QA/QC documentation.
Coordinate with third-party manufacturers regarding production and quality documentation.
Prepare and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Inspect raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods against predefined criteria.
Review investigations related to quality deviations.
Review and approve specifications and quality-related documents.
Ensure approval of quality-related change controls.
Handle approval of vendor complaints.
Visit supporting manufacturing facilities and monitor manufacturing quality.

Required Skills & Experience

QA/QC experience in:
Electrical panel manufacturing
Switchgear
Power distribution equipment
EPC projects
Knowledge of inspection processes, material testing, and vendor audits.
Experience working with Third-Party Inspection Agencies (TPIAs).
Understanding of electrical standards and compliance.
Strong knowledge of:
Electrical panels
Switchgear
Transformers
Protection systems
QA/QC documentation including:
ITPs
SOPs
FAT/SAT
Inspection Requests
NCRs
Knowledge of IEC, IS, IEEE, ASTM and other relevant standards.
Understanding of manufacturing processes such as sheet-metal fabrication, wiring, and busbar assembly.

Preferred Qualifications

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification.
QA/QC Electrical certification courses.
Experience with vendor inspections and audits.
