Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with strong experience in delivering large-scale ERP-to-cloud data migration and analytics programs. This role requires full ownership of delivery, particularly for ERP-integrated analytics platforms built on AWS and modern data architectures.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP data migration and analytics programs
Manage migration from legacy ERP systems to cloud-based platforms
Own full project lifecycle: planning → execution → governance → closure
Build and manage detailed project plans (scope, timelines, risks, dependencies)
Coordinate across:
ERP functional teams
Data engineers
Analytics teams
Business stakeholders & vendors
Drive ETL workflows using:
AWS Glue
Amazon S3
Implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold layers)
Oversee data validation, reconciliation, UAT, cutover, and go-live
Lead governance meetings, reporting, and executive communication
Ensure data quality, compliance, and minimal business disruption

Required Skills & Experience
15–20 years of Project Management experience
Strong expertise in ERP data migration / modernization
Proven track record in analytics & data engineering delivery
Deep understanding of:
ETL processes
Data pipelines
Migration risks & mitigation
Hands-on experience with AWS data platforms
Excellent stakeholder & vendor management skills
Strong communication, planning, and execution mindset
Results-driven approach (delivery > certifications)
