🧾 About the Role

We are looking for passionate Founding Engineers to join our core team and help build a clinically relevant medical device and digital health platform from the ground up.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role at the intersection of hardware, software, and healthcare, where you will work closely with doctors, founders, and real patients—not just specifications and simulations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Product & Engineering (Core)
Design, develop, and iterate medical device hardware and/or software systems
Work on device-to-app and device-to-cloud integration
Translate clinical requirements into engineering specifications
Build, test, debug, and improve prototypes used in real clinical environments
Collaborate closely with clinicians to improve usability and accuracy
💻 Software Responsibilities (Based on Skillset)
Develop and maintain:
Mobile applications
Web dashboards
Backend services
Work on:
Data pipelines
APIs
Device data processing systems
Integrate firmware outputs with software platforms
Support analytics, AI, or decision-support features
Preferred Tech Stack

Python

Flutter

REST APIs
Cloud Services
Data Analytics
⚙️ Hardware Responsibilities (Based on Skillset)
Work on embedded systems, sensors, and electronics
Support PCB design, prototyping, testing, and validation
Interface hardware with firmware and software teams
Assist in preparing hardware for clinical trials and regulatory pathways

Have solid fundamentals in software or hardware engineering

🎓 Preferred Background
B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent practical experience
Experience with startups, prototypes, or product deployments is a plus
