Job Summary

Best InfoSystems is hiring Client Acquisition Executives, Managers, and Leaders to expand its Business Development team. The role focuses on acquiring new clients across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare staffing domains while working remotely.

Candidates with experience in staffing sales, client acquisition, recruitment sales, or business development are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare sectors.
Generate leads through:
Cold calling
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Email campaigns
Referrals
Networking
Build strong relationships with HR managers, procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable staffing solutions.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
Manage the complete sales cycle:
Prospecting
Client meetings
Presentations
Negotiation
Deal closure
Client onboarding
Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, and sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
