Key Responsibilities
Identify sales opportunities from leads generated through marketing activities.
Contact prospective customers through phone and email.
Explain the company’s products and services to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Personalize product offerings to improve customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Work closely with Events and Digital teams on field events and targeted marketing campaigns.
Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Meet sales and business-development targets.
Candidate Requirements
Any Graduate.
2 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
Strong presentation and convincing skills.
Good communication and customer relationship skills.
Ability to convert leads into customers.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
