Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our team in Salem. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating business opportunities, and maintaining customer records while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Telecalling
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Introduce and promote company products and services.
Follow approved calling procedures.
Customer Support
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Provide accurate product and service information.
Resolve customer queries effectively.
Lead Generation
Follow up with prospective customers.
Convert leads into business opportunities.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Documentation
Maintain customer interaction records.
Update customer information in the system.
Record call outcomes and follow-up activities.
