Job Summary

Insuremile is looking for enthusiastic female Telecallers to join its Salem office. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with less than one year of experience who possess strong Tamil communication skills and are ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
Communicate with customers in Tamil regarding company products and services.
Answer customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Generate leads and support customer engagement activities.
Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Degree (BE and BCA graduates are not eligible as per employer requirement).
Freshers or candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Age: 21–28 years.
Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
