Job Summary

Prompt Copier Services is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Engineer to join its service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site service and repair support at customer locations, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Freshers with a technical background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Field Service & Maintenance
Visit customer locations to perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Ensure timely completion of service requests while maintaining quality standards.
Verify equipment functionality after repairs or maintenance.
Customer Support
Interact professionally with customers during service visits.
Explain service procedures and provide basic operational guidance when required.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with the service team for scheduling and technical support.
Report service status and customer feedback to the management team.
Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
Documentation
Maintain accurate service reports and records.
Update job completion details and service logs.
Follow company procedures for documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Education: Higher Secondary (+2), Diploma, or Any Degree.
Experience
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible.
Required Skills
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and customer service abilities.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to travel for field service assignments.
Time management and organizational skills.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
