Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Gold Loan Tele-Caller to generate quality leads and promote Gold Loan products through outbound calling. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and sales skills to convert prospects into customers while coordinating with branch teams to ensure successful loan closures.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 100 outbound tele-calls every day to promote Gold Loan products.
Generate quality Gold Loan leads by contacting inactive customers from the branch database.
Identify and approach potential customers from the open market.
Explain Gold Loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Coordinate with branch staff and managers to facilitate loan processing and deal closures.
Follow up with prospective customers until successful conversion.
Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and lead status.
Support customer service operations by addressing customer queries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or financial services is an advantage.
