Key Responsibilities:

Maintain lead and prospect databases
Arrange and follow up on sales meetings
Record sales and client information
Build and maintain client relationships
Provide prompt customer support through calls and emails
Record client feedback and market information
Prepare periodic status, activity and follow-up reports
Use Microsoft Excel for maintaining records
Apply strong presentation and persuasion skills
