Qualification: BE / B.Tech, preferably Electrical / Power / Energy
Employment: Full-time
Travel: Willingness to travel across India
Role Overview
Turpinas Energy is hiring a Business Development Executive to generate B2B opportunities and expand its renewable-energy client base. The role focuses heavily on lead generation, client acquisition, sales presentations and closing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
Key Responsibilities
Develop B2B marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
Research target industries, segments and potential clients.
Build and maintain a qualified prospect database.
Develop the sales funnel through:
Cold calling
Networking
Referrals
Other lead-generation methods
Build relationships with agencies, vendors and partners.
Present renewable-energy solutions and value propositions to key decision-makers.
Follow up with prospects and handle objections.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting → proposal → PPA closure.
Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial agreements.
Manage existing client relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor renewable-energy trends, competitors and regulatory developments.
Candidate Requirements
BE / B.Tech, preferably in:
Electrical Engineering
Power Engineering
Energy-related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector.
Business Development experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to travel within India.
