Remote React Fullstack Engineer — KYFEX

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive, high-performance applications using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Build RESTful APIs and GraphQL services using Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks.
Implement SSR and SSG for performance and SEO.
Create reusable component libraries and design systems.
Integrate AI/ML models and services into web applications.
Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and similar technologies.
Develop real-time features using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events.
Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Convert Figma/Sketch designs into accessible, responsive interfaces.
Optimize performance through code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and bundle optimization.
Implement authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth 2.0.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and participate in code reviews.

Required Technical Skills

React.js: Hooks, Context API, Redux/Zustand/MobX
Next.js: Production applications, API routes, middleware
JavaScript ES6+ / TypeScript
Node.js: Express, Fastify, or NestJS
Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/DynamoDB
Responsive UI, CSS-in-JS, Tailwind CSS
Git and collaborative development workflows
Web security and OWASP practices
Ability to independently manage contractor projects, timelines, and client communication

Preferred Skills

AWS / Google Cloud / Azure and serverless architecture
Docker and Kubernetes
Micro-frontends / Module Federation
WebAssembly and advanced performance optimization
Third-party integrations such as Stripe, Auth0, SendGrid, and Twilio
AI/ML integrations — OpenAI APIs, LangChain, etc.
React Native
Web3 / blockchain
Sentry, LogRocket, Google Analytics, Mixpanel
WCAG accessibility standards
Headless CMS — Contentful, Strapi, Sanity
JAMstack architecture
Strong portfolio and GitHub profile
