Role Overview

KAS Jewellery is looking for a Manager to oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence across multiple branches. The role involves managing teams, improving customer experience, achieving business targets, and coordinating daily branch activities.

Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of branch performance and business targets.
Coordinate and manage branch teams effectively.
Handle end-to-end customer engagement and retention initiatives.
Supervise and support field staff.
Monitor daily operations, customer service quality, and staff attendance.
Develop and implement business growth strategies.
Create new customer acquisition plans.
Monitor branch and area performance through regular reviews.
Prepare timely reports and support data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Conduct staff performance reviews and training programs.
Eligibility
MBA or any business-related postgraduate degree preferred.
Freshers with strong leadership potential are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to travel between branches.
Ability to manage daily operational challenges independently.
