Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of branch-level business performance and targets.
Coordinate and supervise branch teams and field staff.
Manage end-to-end customer engagement and retention activities.
Monitor daily operations, customer service standards, and staff attendance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve business growth.
Create new customer acquisition and retention plans.
Monitor area-wise performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare timely reports and participate in review meetings.
Use performance data to support business decisions.
Ensure adherence to internal company policies and procedures.
Conduct employee performance reviews and support staff training initiatives.
Coordinate operations across multiple branches when required.
Handle day-to-day operational and field-management challenges.
Candidate Requirements
MBA or any business-related postgraduate qualification preferred.
Freshers with strong interest in team coordination and field management may also apply.
Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.
Willingness to travel across branches.
