About the Role

Paytm is looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives / Sales Officers to drive merchant acquisition and digital payment adoption across assigned territories. The role involves meeting merchants, promoting Paytm’s payment solutions, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

This opportunity is ideal for freshers and experienced sales professionals interested in building a career in fintech and field sales.

Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and acquire new merchants and business customers.
Promote Paytm’s digital payment and financial service solutions.
Educate merchants about product features and benefits.
Drive product adoption and usage among customers.
Sales Activities
Conduct daily field visits and customer meetings.
Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
Follow up with potential customers and close sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales quotas and business targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
Develop trust and increase customer engagement.
Territory Management
Travel extensively within assigned sales territory.
Visit existing and potential customers regularly.
Ensure market coverage and business growth within the region.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain customer records and sales activity reports.
Update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales data.
Submit periodic sales reports to management.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
Stay updated on industry trends and customer requirements.
Share market feedback with management.
