Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

Ensure customer issues are resolved within defined timelines.

Data Management
Enter and maintain customer information accurately across various platforms.
Update records, customer interactions, and service requests.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Service Excellence
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Handle multiple customer interactions while ensuring quality service.

Educational Qualification
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in customer service, customer support, BPO, or related fields will be an added advantage.
