Job Overview

Netsach is hiring a Web Application Security Engineer to design, assess, and strengthen application security across enterprise products and platforms. The role focuses on integrating security into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), performing security assessments, conducting code reviews, and collaborating with development teams to build secure applications.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Web Application Security assessments based on OWASP Top 10 and CVSS.
Conduct manual security code reviews using Git and SAST tools.
Review and secure REST APIs, microservices, and application integrations.
Perform database, web server, and infrastructure security assessments.
Conduct secure configuration reviews and identify misconfigurations.
Assess transport layer security (TLS) implementations.
Perform gap analysis and provide remediation recommendations.
Promote Shift-Left Security by embedding security throughout the SDLC.
Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and product owners.
Support DevSecOps initiatives and security automation.
