Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our Visa & Travel Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling visa or travel-related customer queries and possess excellent communication skills. In this role, you will assist customers with visa applications, travel documentation, and international travel requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to visa and travel inquiries.
Guide customers through visa documentation and application procedures.
Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements for countries such as the US, UK, Schengen countries, Canada, and other international destinations.
Assist customers with travel-related queries, documentation, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring high service quality.
Follow company policies and process guidelines to achieve performance targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of international visa procedures and travel documentation.
Ability to handle voice-based customer support efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM system familiarity.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Eligibility
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Visa Process, Travel Process, Travel Agency, or BPO Voice Process.
Experience in handling international travel or visa-related customer support is preferred.
Willingness to work in a voice-based customer support environment.
