Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who have strong communication skills in English and Hindi. The role involves engaging with customers through outbound calls, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Maximum age: 30 years.
Mandatory proficiency in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
