Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate with prospective and existing customers over the phone to promote products and services, generate leads, provide customer support, and contribute to business growth through effective sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce and promote company products and services.
Build customer interest and maintain positive relationships.
Lead Generation
Identify and qualify potential leads.
Schedule appointments and follow up on customer inquiries.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Customer Support
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Address customer queries professionally.
Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
Sales & Conversion
Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Handle objections confidently.
Negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets.
CRM & Documentation
Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
Update CRM with call details, customer feedback, and follow-up activities.
Ensure proper documentation of sales activities.
Performance Monitoring
Meet daily and monthly call targets.
Achieve sales conversion goals.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Team Collaboration
Coordinate with Sales and Customer Support teams.
Share customer insights and improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
Any Degree or Diploma
Experience
1 to 15 years
Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Salary based on experience.
