Job Summary

We are hiring Tele Collection Executives for our Bangalore locations at HSR Layout and Sadashiva Nagar. Candidates with prior experience in tele collections, particularly in unsecured loans, are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding outstanding unsecured loan payments.
Negotiate and follow up on repayment commitments.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Update collection records and payment status accurately in the system.
Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
Prior experience in Tele Collection or Collection Process is mandatory.
Good verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Hindi, English, and any one South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).
Customer-focused with good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Take-home Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹21,000 per month (based on experience, interview performance, and last drawn salary).
