Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecallers to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Kannada and possess excellent communication skills to interact with customers, provide information, and build positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound customer calls professionally.
Explain products and services to customers clearly and confidently.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Achieve daily call and performance targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Kannada (Mandatory).
Basic communication in English is an added advantage.
Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or any degree/diploma.
Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Bangalore are preferred.
