Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in:
Computer Science
Electronics Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Required Experience
5–8 years of experience in an R&D/software development environment.
Experience in developing software for networking and energy engineering applications.
Key Technical Skills
Strong programming skills in C/C++.
Web development using JavaScript.
Event-driven application development.
Networking software development.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Continuous process improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with LDFSS (Lean Design for Six Sigma) tools is an advantage.
Good knowledge of software design and implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop software solutions for energy engineering applications.
Develop and maintain event-driven applications.
Build networking-related software modules.
Develop web-based interfaces using JavaScript.
Follow SDLC processes throughout software development.
Participate in software design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
Drive continuous process improvements in development activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
Support customers, development partners, and suppliers when required.
Required Soft Skills
Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills in English.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits, partner meetings, and supplier interactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
