Key Responsibilities
Manage Windows/Linux servers, networking and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Handle incident, change and problem management following ITIL processes.
Monitor server performance, network health and IT service availability.
Manage user access, patching, backups and DR/BCP.
Support compliance and IT infrastructure documentation.
Troubleshoot escalated infrastructure issues with cross-functional teams.
Prepare SOPs, reports and operational documentation.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

Windows/Linux Server Administration
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Exchange & Microsoft 365
VMware / Hyper-V
LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
VPN, Firewalls, Switches & Routers
ITIL – Incident, Change & Problem Management
Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, ServiceNow
