Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients across various industries.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Manage the complete business development lifecycle:
Lead generation
Client outreach
Product demonstrations and sales pitches
Negotiation
Deal closure
Understand client hiring requirements and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
Monitor recruitment industry trends and competitor offerings.
Achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Eligibility
Experience: 2–3 years
Prior experience working with job portals (local or international) is mandatory.
Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Client relationship management expertise.
Goal-oriented with a competitive and proactive mindset.
Must be willing to work onsite in Mahadevapura, Bengaluru.
