Job Summary
Zimson is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its retail team at Bangalore Airport. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury products. The role involves driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of watch brands, product features, and current market trends.
Support visual merchandising and ensure attractive product displays.
Assist in inventory management and stock maintenance.
Collaborate with team members and management to implement sales strategies.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment when required.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and customer service guidelines.

Eligibility

Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Work Schedule
Rotational Morning, Afternoon, and Night Shifts.
Six working days per week with one rotational weekly off.
