Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve assigned targets through excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interactions.
Develop strong knowledge of watches, products, and industry trends.
Explain product features and benefits effectively to customers.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Promote a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Work with management to develop and implement sales strategies.
Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and overall sales performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably watches or high-end/luxury products.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for luxury products and understanding of the luxury retail market.
Results-oriented approach with a proven ability to achieve/exceed sales targets.
Knowledge of sales operations and sales management is an advantage.
🕐 Shift & Working Details
Morning Shift: Early morning to afternoon
Afternoon Shift: Afternoon to evening
Night Shift: Late evening/night to early morning
Working Days: 6 days per week with a rotating day off.
