Job Summary

Black Box is hiring an experienced Wireless Deployment Engineer to provide post-sales deployment engineering and technical implementation for enterprise wireless networking solutions. The role involves designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Wi-Fi (802.11) and Private LTE solutions while ensuring successful customer deployments.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and deploy enterprise wireless networking solutions.
Perform requirements gathering, architecture, implementation planning, staging, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Configure and troubleshoot WLAN infrastructure.
Support post-sales implementation and customer onboarding.
Prepare solution design and technical documentation.
Work closely with customers, ISPs, carriers, and technology vendors.
Conduct predictive and passive wireless site surveys.
Monitor project milestones and customer deliverables.
Troubleshoot complex networking issues.
Support cloud-based and controller-based wireless deployments.
Recommend improvements and best practices.
Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
Participate in project reviews and change management.
