Job Summary

Netsach is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Java Engineer with strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot to develop and maintain high-performance applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, a reliable team player, and committed to delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.

Implement and manage microservices using Spring Boot.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, and deliver new features.

Ensure application performance, quality, scalability, and responsiveness.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and software defects.

Maintain code quality, clean code organization, and development automation.

Participate in Agile development activities and collaborate with team members.

Support application development, testing, debugging, and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

5–6 years of professional software development experience.

Strong knowledge of Core Java.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.

Basic understanding of the Spring Framework.

Good working knowledge of Git.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Experience using project management and tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.

Good-to-Have Skills

Java multithreading.

JPA and Hibernate.

Microservices architecture.

RESTful APIs.

Java 17.

SQL and NoSQL databases.

AWS and other cloud platforms, including Azure or GCP.

Docker and Kubernetes.

Additional cloud technologies and deployment practices.
