🌟 About the Role

A leading medical hardware design company in Bangalore is looking for an experienced Hardware Designer to contribute to end-to-end development of medical devices, ensuring performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Design and develop medical hardware systems (schematics, control boards, PCB layouts)
Develop and debug MCU-based systems (8-bit / 32-bit)
Lead prototype debugging, validation, and performance testing
Ensure signal integrity, EMC, and medical safety compliance
Collaborate with software teams for hardware–software integration
Provide technical support during client visits, demos, and exhibitions
Conduct market research on emerging technologies and customer needs
🛠️ Required Skills
Strong proficiency in C programming & embedded systems
Experience with MCU development and driver-level programming
Hands-on experience with test tools and debugging prototypes
Expertise in schematic design and PCB layout review
Knowledge of signal integrity, EMC, and hardware reliability
Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
⭐ Preferred Skills
Experience in ADC measurement & signal optimization (ECG, SpO₂, etc.)
Knowledge of medical standards:
FDA 510(k)
CE MDR
IEC 60601
Experience across full product lifecycle (prototype → trial → mass production)
