Position: Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our retail sales operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading store teams, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to improve business performance.
Train and mentor team members to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth retail operations.
Maintain high standards of customer service and store excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 8–15 years in Sales, Retail Sales, or Store Operations.
Experience in leading and managing retail sales teams.
Strong sales management, planning, and business development skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused mindset with proven team management capabilities.
Experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, or equivalent).
Higher qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
