Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve assigned targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a premium shopping experience.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interactions.
Maintain strong knowledge of watches, products, and industry trends.
Clearly communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Lead and mentor sales team members.
Create a collaborative and high-performance sales environment.
Work with management to develop and implement sales strategies.
Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and overall customer experience.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, luxury products, or premium retail.
Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Passion for luxury products and understanding of the luxury retail market.
Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of sales operations and sales processes is advantageous.
🕐 Shift Details

Morning Shift: Early morning to afternoon
Afternoon Shift: Afternoon to evening
Night Shift: Evening/night through early morning

📅 Working Days: 6 days per week with a rotating weekly off.
