Local Store Marketing (LSM) / Activation Manager
Designation: LSM / Brand Activation / Retail Marketing
Experience: 3–4 years
Qualification: Graduate in Management / Marketing / Communications
Salary: ₹10–12 LPA

Travel: Intra-city and inter-city travel required; may involve extensive travel

Key Responsibilities

Work with the AGM – Activation & LSM to drive BTL and Local Store Marketing initiatives.
Develop localized marketing plans for individual store catchments.
Drive brand awareness, trials, store footfalls and sales.
Identify community touchpoints such as residential areas, corporate offices, educational institutions and clubs.
Leverage mall/food-court marketing calendars and brand tie-ups to improve visibility and footfalls.
Support new city and new store launches, including:
PR
Influencer marketing
Local media
Branding and visibility
Local partnerships
Coordinate brand participation in city-specific and multi-city events.
Manage vendors and brand partners for event setups, branding materials and promotions.
Track activation performance through footfall, trials, conversions and other KPIs.
Prepare MIS reports covering campaign performance, footfall and sales uplift.
Conduct competitive analysis and gather consumer insights from regional catchments.
Coordinate with Operations, IT, SCM, Finance, agencies and vendors.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Retail / QSR marketing and consumer behaviour.
Hands-on experience in:
Events and activations
BTL marketing
Promotions
Local Store Marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Vendor and agency management.
Creativity combined with strong execution discipline.
MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage.
Self-driven, adaptable and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
