Job Summary
Synedyne Systems is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator / Project Specialist to work closely with Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs) and ensure successful project execution and delivery. The role involves project planning, tracking, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and coordination across engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation, planning, implementation, transition, and closure.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality requirements.
Establish realistic project timelines and resource plans.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance (QA), Manufacturing Engineering, and other teams.
Ensure teams have the required specifications, resources, and support to achieve project goals.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
Project Planning & Tracking
Create and maintain project plans and schedules.
Monitor project progress and track milestones.
Follow up on project action items and deliverables.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Risk & Issue Management
Escalate critical issues when project progress is blocked.
Identify alternative solutions and mitigation plans.
Maintain issue logs and risk management documentation.
Stakeholder Management
Ensure regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Conduct project review meetings and status updates.
Maintain transparency regarding project health and delivery status.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain project documentation including:
Meeting Minutes (MoM)
Action Item Trackers
Issue Logs
Risk Registers
Project Status Reports
Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and organizational standards.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to process, methodology, and tool enhancements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across project management practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Engineering.
Experience Required
Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Project Execution roles.
