Job Summary

Bayer is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Process Associate to join its Order-to-Cash (O2C) team. The role focuses on cash application activities, customer account management, dispute resolution, process improvement initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration within a global shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities
Order-to-Cash Operations
Maintain customer accounts and manage workflow system activities.
Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and account-related issues.
Monitor customer account activities and ensure timely resolution.
Record, verify, and execute transactions according to process documentation.
Monitor and resolve process exceptions.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via calls, emails, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Reporting & Controls
Perform control checks in accordance with established process requirements.
Prepare and maintain KPI reports, aging reports, and operational dashboards.
Ensure compliance with process controls and documentation standards.
Process Improvement
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and value-added projects.
Identify process gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
Support transition activities and process optimization efforts.
Team Support & Knowledge Sharing
Cross-train within the team to ensure backup support.
Conduct process training sessions when required.
Support organizational and process changes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or related fields).
3–5 years of experience in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain.
Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in process transitions or project participation is an advantage.
