💼 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant/Lead with strong expertise in Fusion Financials implementation. This role involves leading end-to-end implementations, optimizing financial processes, and working closely with global clients.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Cloud ERP (Financials & Procurement) implementations
Conduct workshops: process design, configuration, testing & validation
Map business requirements to system functionality
Configure modules and support UAT & deployment
Work with end-users remotely and ensure smooth adoption
Prepare design documents, testing reports, and integration validations
Collaborate across teams for delivery and client success
📊 Core Modules Expertise
AP (Accounts Payable)
AR (Accounts Receivable)
GL (General Ledger)
FA (Fixed Assets)
CE (Cash Management)
Tax (Mandatory)
Lease Management (Preferred)
🎯 Required Experience
5+ years in Oracle Fusion / Cloud ERP
Strong experience in implementation & rollout projects
3+ years in interfaces, customizations, and extensions
Experience working on US implementations is a plus
Knowledge of integration/data flow across modules
🛠️ Skills & Knowledge
Oracle implementation methodologies (AIM / OUM)
Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodologies
Strong understanding of Tax & statutory localization
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
🌟 Preferred Skills
Experience in Cloud Financials business processes
Awareness of Oracle Journeys solution
💰 Compensation
💸 CTC: Up to ₹37 LPA (Based on experience & current CTC)
