Job Summary
Position: Operations Manager – Content Moderation (International BPO)
Locations: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: 10+ years overall, including at least 1 year as an Operations Manager in a Content Moderation process
Interview Mode: Virtual
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end operations for Content Moderation teams.
Analyze and maintain client SLAs and implement improvement plans.
Drive operational metrics, productivity, quality, and financial performance.
Handle workforce planning, capacity planning, and forecasting.
Lead, train, coach, and manage Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Deputy Managers.
Monitor attendance, performance, client scorecards, and operational reports.
Build strong relationships with clients and participate in business reviews.
Coordinate with HR, Training, Quality, WFM, and Talent Acquisition teams.
Improve employee engagement and resolve employee relations issues.
Drive continuous process improvements and corrective actions.
