Education: BE / BSc / Diploma in Engineering
Certification: CCNA
Core: TCP/IP, network connectivity troubleshooting
Routing: Static routes, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF
Switching: STP, UDLD, ARP, VTP, EtherChannel
WAN: MPLS, SDN circuits, QoS, errors/discards
Security: Firewalls, ACLs, Stateful Inspection, NAT, VPN, tunneling
Equipment: Cisco routers, switches, security devices
Support: Level-1 network troubleshooting, monitoring, availability/reliability
Preferred: Network Operations Center (NOC) experience
ITSM: ITIL practices/processes
Tools: ServiceNow / Remedy ticketing systems
Other: Vendor/TAC coordination, investigation, troubleshooting, strong communication and teamwork
