Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network routing and switching infrastructure.

Manage and troubleshoot firewall devices and network security configurations.

Identify and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.

Support network reliability, availability, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with technical teams to investigate and resolve network-related incidents.

Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of relevant networking experience.

Hands-on experience in routing, switching, and firewall technologies.

CCNA and CCNP certifications required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
