Job Summary
We are a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) serving leading global enterprises and telecommunications service providers. As part of our expanding India operations, we are seeking experienced and committed Network Engineers to join our Network Support Team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network troubleshooting, Cisco routers and switches, routing and switching protocols, network security, and Level-1 network support. Experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) and familiarity with ITIL processes are preferred or required as specified below.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level-1 technical support and troubleshoot network-related issues.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, routing, switching, and security issues.
Troubleshoot enterprise networks involving Cisco routers, switches, and security devices.
Investigate WAN circuit and interface-related issues, including QoS problems, errors, and packet discards.
Handle firewalls, access control lists, stateful inspection, NAT, VPNs, and tunneling.
Coordinate with Technical Assistance Centers (TAC), vendors, and IT teams to resolve complex incidents.
Manage and update trouble tickets using ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ticketing tools.
Follow ITIL practices and established incident management processes.
Research technical issues, analyze network behavior, and implement structured troubleshooting solutions.
Prioritize incidents effectively in a dynamic environment supporting global clients.

IP addressing and subnetting.
Experience with Cisco routers, switches, and network security devices.

Qualifications and Experience
B.E., B.Sc., or Diploma in Engineering.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant networking experience.
CCNA certification required.
Experience in routing, switching, and network security.
Strong troubleshooting, research, investigation, and analytical skills.
