Role Overview

Seeking Machine Learning Researchers / Quantitative ML professionals to develop next-generation trading strategies using AI, deep learning and large-scale data. The focus is on discovering new sources of alpha and building scalable, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and optimize ML models for financial datasets.
Research and develop models that can identify new sources of alpha.
Work across the complete ML lifecycle:
Data sourcing
Feature engineering
Model development
Deployment
Monitoring
Improve existing trading strategies through advanced ML techniques.
Develop solutions using novel data sources.
Collaborate closely with quants, developers and trading teams.
Translate theoretical ML research into high-performance production implementations.
Communicate complex technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
Required Technical Skills
Strong Python and data-science ecosystem:
Pandas
NumPy
Scikit-learn
Deep learning:
TensorFlow
PyTorch
Big-data technologies:
Apache Spark
Hadoop
Strong understanding of machine learning research and time-series analysis.
Experience building scalable ML systems.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of ML research experience in finance.
Experience successfully deploying models that generated alpha or improved trading performance.
M.S. or Ph.D. in a quantitative field is a significant advantage.
Published research in ML, statistics or related fields is highly valued.
Experience working in technology-driven or quantitative finance environments.
